font-size: 14pt;\">\u2022 Establish internal systems and standards that enable the company to achieve its Mission. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: playfair-display; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2022 To further develop the technical capacity of our staff and local labor by continuous knowledge transfer utilizing all possible means of training.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: playfair-display; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2022 Complete projects to the highest international standards by providing efficient project management and &#8220;top of the line&#8221; equipment and machinery.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: playfair-display; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2022 Maintain site and office staff safety and security.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: playfair-display; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2022 Maintain a culturally sensitive approach while implementing projects.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: playfair-display; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2022 Maintain real-time quality control on and off site to maximize the impact of work efficiency, accuracy and constant progress.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: playfair-display; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2022 Achieve project completion and handover within the timeframes set.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: playfair-display; font-size: 14pt;\">\u2022 Engage project beneficiaries and end user&#8217;s in every step of the project.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: playfair-display;
